These terms apply to Emotional SupPOT Mug + furry plant pre-orders placed at Singapore Clay Festival 2026.

At the time of ordering, you’ll choose your mug shape, furry plant and glaze. Each hand-built mug has an estimated capacity of 200 ml or more and approximate dimensions of 9 cm (W) × 10 cm (H). These measurements are for reference only, not a hard rule. As every mug is individually handbuilt, its dimensions, shape and actual capacity may vary. The name you provide on the order form will be carved on the bottom of the mug alongside the Clayotic logo. If the mug is a gift, please write the name you’d like carved on the form.
You will receive an email with a digital mock-up of your customisation by 15 November 2026 at the latest — one week after ClayFest ends on 8 November. Please review and approve it within one week of receiving it. The mock-up is for approval of your selected customisation; it does not include revisions. Any requested changes will incur an additional charge and may affect the fulfilment timeline. Late approval may also affect the fulfilment timeline.

We aim to fulfil all pre-orders by 20 December 2026, in time for Christmas. However, this is an estimated timeline, not a guaranteed completion date. As each mug is individually handmade, drying, glazing and firing times may vary. Fulfilment is also subject to our external studio's kiln schedule. Delivery or collection before Christmas cannot be guaranteed. Should there be any delays, we will keep you informed via email. Thank you for your patience and understanding! 💛
Expedited orders are available for an additional S$60 and will be completed as early as possible. Each firing round takes at least 2 weeks at the fastest. As expedited orders require two firing rounds, please allow at least 5 weeks overall.
Each mug is handmade, so variations in shape, size, glaze colour and finish are part of the process. The glaze will stop approximately 2 cm above the bottom to help prevent glaze from dripping during firing; the foot and base will remain unglazed.
The inside of the mug will have a clear glaze. Food-safe glaze will be used on intended food- and drink-contact surfaces. Please remove the furry plant before using or washing the mug. The pipe-cleaner plant is decorative and should be kept dry.
I will email you when your order is ready. Self-collection is from Stay Gold Studio. Doorstep delivery is available from S$15; the final fee depends on the order and delivery location and will be confirmed with you.
Please collect your order within one month of the ready-for-collection email.
